3) Draft review process — receive a first draft, give feedback, then get the final polished version.
4) Support through the full resume approval process so you feel confident about what’s sent out.
5) Registration and ongoing access to the skills development program, including future opportunities to build on resume skills.

Economic Development

1) Nurturing Immigrant Entrepreneurs
-Business incubation centers that help immigrant entrepreneurs develop ideas and launch startups.
-Mentorship guides for immigrants through the startup process.
-Grants and low-interest loans to assist eligible immigrant entrepreneurs in accessing capital.
2) Financial Literacy Education
-Training programs and access to microfinance tailored for women entrepreneurs.
-Workshops covering personal finance management, budgeting, saving, and investing.
-One-on-one financial counseling, provided through community partnerships.
3) Women’s Empowerment Advocacy
-Targeted campaigns to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment across education, healthcare, and economics.

Mental Health Resources
Nomad Development Services offers compassionate, professional mental health care tailored to the needs of Somali young adults and women in Minnesota. From depression, anxiety, trauma, and co‑occurring substance use, to life transitions and grief, our trained psychologists work with each individual to build personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support toward healing and well-being.
Services Offered:
1) Clinical treatment for mental health disorders — depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, etc.
2) Support for co‑occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
3) Help through life transitions, grief, unexpected loss, and relationship difficulties.
4) Individualized treatment planning — tailored assessments and therapy plans customized to each person’s unique experiences.
5) Ongoing progress monitoring and follow‑up support to ensure goals are met and wellness is sustained.

Community Development
Nomad Development Services’ Community Development work centers on strengthening and uplifting Somali communities in Minnesota by building connections, creating inclusive spaces, and supporting collective growth.
