Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy – Her Voice Event
1) Payment & Reservation: Vendor tables are reserved only after full payment is received.
2) Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: 50% of the vendor fee will be refunded. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event: Vendor fee is non-refundable. No shows will not be refunded.
3) Transfers: Vendor reservations may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval.
4) Event Changes: Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or layout; refunds will not be issued for such changes.
